CertLock is a trojan distributed by unwanted program bundles and functions as protection software, making it difficult for Windows users to run their security programs. It blocks security vendor's certificates by adding them to a specific Windows registry key, causing Windows not to execute any program signed with that certificate, including those already installed on the device. A tool, "AVCertClean" is available for users to scan the disallowed registry key for legitimate blocked keys and remove them to reverse the block by CertLock.
